      These were really good. The large amount of mushrooms, along with the fresh thyme and honey made for a nice combo. I also liked that they were baked in the oven instead of frying on the stove (just a little easier and a little cleaner in the kitchen). Based on this recipe, I am going to dig into this cookbook more.
