  • Lemon zucchini muffins

      Much lighter in flavor than zucchini bread. Nice citrus flavor. Not overly sweet. A solid hit! Perfect for spring and summer. Used regular muffin tin. It only made a dozen, not 18 as the recipe indicated. Will make again!
