      This is one of my favorite dishes - we make it every year for New Year’s Day. It’s traditional with a modern twist. Love it.

      One of my favorite dishes to make. I scale down the crushed red pepper to 1/4 tsp and still find it spicy enough. I add more goat cheese because I love it.

      Very good romesco sauce. Perfect for grilled vegetables.

      This, quite literally, is awesome sauce! Takes a little bit of time to produce, but well worth it. Served it with the Grilled Green Onions and Asparagus recipe (from same Cooking Light issue), and it got many compliments and recipe requests. I also ate the leftover sauce with crackers (though there is many uses for Romesco), it is that addictive!

      I managed to make this with my panini press since my kitchen was under renovation. Very nice with the Romesco sauce--the ladies I served it to enjoyed it.
