Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Thai curry [John Torode]

    • sarahj22 on November 02, 2018

I haven't ever made this recipe to the letter - I usually omit the prawns and substitute some of the vegetables - but the Thai curry paste recipe is my go-to. It's delicious with a great depth of flavour. Don't be tempted to scrimp on the chillies as the full amount works beautifully.

  • Ginger cake

    • sarahj22 on November 02, 2018

This was delicious - dark, sticky and spicy just as you'd want a ginger cake to be.
