      The best goat's cheese and beetroot canape I've ever made, and I've tried quite a few recipes! Look fantastic and not too difficult. Need to be made not too long before eating though, as the crostades become soggy.

      This is so good, such an original way to use cooked ham, using honey and thyme to coat it before frying. The best ham, egg and chips ever! It will possibly become a favourite, not just confined to using up Christmas leftovers.

      Nice pleasant dish and easy to make with not too many ingredients. The rice still had a bit of bite in it, so I would leave it to steam with the lid on for an extra 10 minutes following the 20 minutes cooking time.
