• Mostly organic bran muffins

    Recommend using greased paper liners as the muffins are relatively low-fat and have a tendency to stick. They do have a nice texture, and I believe the flavor would be good with the addition of some salt (the recipe has none; I'd add 3/4 tsp.). They are not very sweet, and some might want to increase the sweetener or top with some sugar.

    had to use creme fraiche as no buttermilk, only mild banana flavour, ok, but not remarkable

    This was excellent. Not too sweet which we like a lot with just enough spices.
