Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Pumpkin pie

    • Rinshin on November 29, 2014

It was perfect. Not too sweet which we liked a lot. The timing was spot on too. This is the recipe I will be using from now on.

    • equusfelix on October 17, 2015

Creamy and perfect. This is my favorite pumpkin pie recipe.

  • Mostly organic bran muffins

    • StaceyR on April 27, 2018

Recommend using greased paper liners as the muffins are relatively low-fat and have a tendency to stick. They do have a nice texture, and I believe the flavor would be good with the addition of some salt (the recipe has none; I'd add 3/4 tsp.). They are not very sweet, and some might want to increase the sweetener or top with some sugar.

  • Banana cake

    • jifar on September 18, 2010

had to use creme fraiche as no buttermilk, only mild banana flavour, ok, but not remarkable

  • Pumpkin cheesecake

    • Rinshin on November 29, 2014

This was excellent. Not too sweet which we like a lot with just enough spices.
