Throughout the book he refers to recipes for basic items, within a recipe for something else. The page numbers are incorrect for those sub-recipes.

Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Roast cod with braised haricot beans, chorizo and tomato

    • Charlotte_vandenberg on February 04, 2021

Very tasty. Finished the beans in the pressure cooker, probably didn’t soak them long enough.

  • Spiced potted rice with cod

    • Crumbles on March 11, 2023

Well well well - thanks to Eat Your Books, we came up trumps again. I put 'cod' 'ginger' and 'rice' into the search engine for my own recipes and HEY PRESTO! I got 8 recipes. I was pointed towards the book by Jason Atherton (even the page number) and there was my recipe. Absolutely bloody marvellous. Oh and the recipe was fab too. I tell you, the annual subscription for EYB is worth every penny. It has revolutionised the way I cook now. Also, I am happy to pay as I refuse to use any websites with ads and flashing annoyances! Keep going EYB - thank you

  • Pulled pork sandwiches with pickled kohlrabi and coleslaw

    • Charlotte_vandenberg on June 05, 2021

This was amazing. The kohlrabi was a big surprise and the coleslaw was also very nice. The meat was delicious and tender after 6 hours in the oven. Combined it with the brioche buns from Spuntino.

  • Baked vanilla cheesecake with prunes in Armagnac

    • Crumbles on October 08, 2023

Once again, Jason Atherton came up trumps. This is a delightful cheesecake recipe. If you don't like prunes then just serve it with a different fruit.
