      We love this soup! Has more of a stew consistency, which is a bonus for us. Comes together quickly. It has been in regular rotation for quite a few years now.

      Many soups can be substituted. It would change the Nutritional Values but if you stick with Fat Free and Low Fat ingredients, there's no reason why Cream of Celery can't be traded for Cream of Chicken or Cream of Mushroom. Try it several ways to find the best! No matter how you slice it, it's healthier than if it were store bought and frozen. Oh, I bet these freeze well to so it may be a handy Make Ahead dish too! Just do the prep ahead of time, freeze and then bake at a later date! Gotta try it! If you do, post any successes and failures so the rest of us know.
