    Spanish stir-fry with cumin-yoghurt sauce made a nice change for lunch. Fairly easy to prep. Forgot the sauce one day and still enjoyed it.

    Sweet lentil cabbage wraps more interesting than expected. A nice lemony flavour.

    Made the Greek-style butterbeans with herbs and tomatoes. Served with brown rice. Easy weeknight meal and filling but taste just OK really. Baby took against it - maybe herbs?

    Made the sweet & sour bean & beetroot stew. Best work lunch in a while. Preparation very clever - prepping next veg whilst other elements Simmer. Will make again.
