      A little bland as written, but nothing some lemon, garlic, and feta couldn't fix, and the melting zucchini texture was really lovely.

      Added fresh mint and pine nuts. With optional bechamel sauce it tastes a bit like moussaka. Very nice. Will make again.

      Pg. 197. We loved this from first forkful. Used baby spinach and dill. The combination of ingredients and the timing was perfect for us. Definitely a recipe worthy of repeats.

      Found this recipe looking for a way to use up some of the spinach that was starting to get overgrown in my garden. The ingredient list is short, and it came together quickly for a substantial and tasty side. I tossed some crumbled feta in with the leftovers and enjoyed that even more.
