  • Chickpea soup with spiced pita chips

      Tasty! We didn’t do the pita, but added a small scoop of chimichurri/pesto to each serving. (And, as usual, cooked in the pressure cooker with a bit less liquid than called for.) ~Reminded us of our favorite chick pea/sausage soup from back in the day.
