      This is EXCELLENT. One of my favorite summer cakes ever. So simple to put together. It's so buttery and moist and substantial and perfect with some heavy cream and fresh raspberries.       What a great recipe. These are pretty quick, and really delicious. The sauce is rich and a beautiful combination of flavours with the mussels. I didn't have cava or clam juice so used white wine.
