Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Banana-chocolate muffins

This muffin is delicious. The banana flavor came through, with just enough chocolate to make it exciting. It was not sweet and a bit heavy. Great for a quick breakfast, especially if served warm. Baking time was a bit off. Next time I'll try 350 for 30 mins. The muffin turned dark brown on top, but no need for alarm, it tasted just fine.
