Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Hazelnut and butter porridge

    • Astrid5555 on December 27, 2016

Love the creaminess the almond milk adds to the porridge and the caramel note from topping the coconut sugar with hot butter.

  • Sea bass with tomato, aubergine and pearl barley

    • JulieRom on March 04, 2026

Easy to follow recipe and delicious. I might add a pinch of dried chilli with the oil and garlic next time for an extra kick.

  • Peppers stuffed with fennel sausage and rice

    • Indio32 on September 17, 2020

Was really looking forward to this but it ended up being a bit Meh in a bland sort of way. Used M&S 'The Best' (their words!) sausages and upped the chilli. Unsure if it was just me but the cooking times seemed woefully under timed. Also the fennel seemed to be totally overwhelmed despite using a bulb & fennel seeds.
