There are several outstanding salmon recipes in this book and this one is definitely worth repeating. Here, the kale cashew pesto and tomato jam are so delicious with salmon - worth remembering to embellish other dishes whether fish or meat. Excellent!

  • Wild salmon bake with sauce vierge

    • Frogcake on September 17, 2023

What a lovely recipe for fall! I used the equivalent of ripe cherry tomatoes, and used the left over sauce for pasta. This comes together quickly, and it’s delicious and fresh!
