Publishers Text
Toast Water is a culinary art book created by photographer Noah Fecks and renowned food stylist and author Victoria Granof. Together they illustrated vintage recipes from Noah’s nana as a bound volume of inspired photographs and original text.An art book that reflects documentation and minimalism with design direction creates clean layouts to document the personal cooking objects and recipe cards of the photographer’s grandmother, while also encompassing the high-art fashion of the food photography. The size, binding and cover of the book is inspired by children’s holy books and was printed at a press that specializes in the manufacturing of Torahs.
Toast Water was prop styled and set decorated by Reclaim Design with art direction and design by Adam Kendall Woods.
