      Simple recipe; quite tasty - check your seasoning .. I added way more ground cumin & salt than suggested ;-)

      I subbed chocolate biscuits for Anzac biscuits... a great cheesecake, best made day prior to service. Served with a raspberry coulis.

  • Pistachio & rosewater semolina cake

      This was fantastic, swapped rosewater for orange blossom and slightly reduced the quantities and loved the flavours. It was a bit time consuming but perfectly moist and a little bit caramelised round the edges after 1 hour in the oven, and got rave reviews.
