      This is a cake for anyone who loves sesame flavor. I used a homemade gluten free flour blend so a friend could eat it, and I actually think I'd choose to use that again over AP flour.

      Super quick and easy, but a nice side dish.

  • Cast-iron pizza with fennel and sausage

      Very delicious, and easy to throw together. The fennel really shrinks down due to the high heat of the oven, so next time I'd compensate by adding even more. This pizza works really well with some hot honey brushed on the crust.
