Sweet, hot & sour squash & mushroom one-pan - This was fine but not worth a repeat (made with chestnut mushrooms and dried rather than fresh mint). Added tofu for extra protein. Kids still hate squash.

Asian sticky rice pot - the coconut rice was a big hit with both kiddos so we'll probably make this again. I didn't have any aubergines so I used the same sauce with stir fry veg and this was nice too (M2 less keen). Would like to try the original.

Apple and blackberry pie. Made with frozen blueberries rather than blackberries. Was a fairly easy recipe, had to roll the pastry quite thin to fit my rectangular pie tin. We liked the fruit but weren't so keen on the pastry which was rather plain. I later realised I forgot to add the sugar on the top at the end so may be worth trying again! M1 didn't like pastry, M2 didn't like fruit (may have been the anise).

Aloo Gobi - made without chilli for benefit of kids. This was nice but very subtle spicing - I missed the chilli even with some flakes added at the end. Not popular enough with family to repeat exactly as written but may try a variation.
