Delicious and easy....use the best bread you can get, toast with olive oil and garlic serving beans over it

Sounds so homey and it is. Quick, easy. Eat with a fork and knife.

  • Brussels sprout tacos with spicy peanut butter

    • grindabod on February 20, 2019

This was really delicious. I added a little bit of water to the peanuts to achieve a buttery rather than powdery consistency, which I don't believe was stated in the recipe. The peanuts and the slightly charred brussels sprouts work great together and make for a very satisfying and filling vegetarian taco filling.
