  • Corn cacio e pepe

While I still have to work on my cacio e pepe sauce consistency this dish is so delicious and comes together quite quickly. Whole family raved about it!

  • Spicy chicken lettuce wraps

    • stacie_straw on August 28, 2019

Bland as made. Double the sambal & fish sauce. Add a little extra soy. Whole bunch scallions.

I actually thought these had a nice flavor as is, but also believe it's never wrong to increase sauce ingredients. I was worried about the chicken drying out, but it really didn't with the sauce especially if you keep the stovetop on medium heat. Eaten with lettuce is the best way to get a great flavor combination. I made some rice and roasted veggies too to round out the meal. Definitely a weeknight favorite.

  • Chicken Caesar sandwiches

    • jenmacgregor18 on October 26, 2019

The best chicken sandwich that I’ve ever had. I’ve made these twice now. The marinade & salad dressing is addictive. The sandwiches are juicy, tender, crunchy and delicious- just perfect. I crave them.

  • Cantaloupe and sugar snap peas with ricotta salata

    • Frogcake on July 14, 2019

      A lovely refreshing salad!

  • Grilled shrimp with turmeric mojo sauce

    • meggan on June 24, 2020

I marinated the shrimp in the sauce for 4 hours and then grilled. Delish
