      I found these to be a little dry. They were easy to make, with ingredients I had on hand, but I’m not sure I would make them again.

      This was a very easy but a welcome salad with the very hot weather we have been having. I subbed shallots for the onions and used fresh dill.

      Delicious! I made it in the blender and I used two cloves of fresh garlic in place of the granulated garlic. I may have put in a little more lemon than called for; I used half of a lemon, but I liked the hint of lemon in the hummus. Real easy to make using the blender, super quick.
