I love this cookbook Easy, fast recipes - done in less than an hour

I love Brittany Williams's overall story on how she changed her life and lost weight. However, a lot of these recipes have overly complicated ingredients and don't have a reliable turnout on texture and taste. If you have food sensitivities, this may be a good cookbook for you. If you just trying to lose weight in general, there are better recipes and cookbooks for that goal.

Spread a little more than I thought they would.

I didn't use the Instant Pot as I was in a hurry (!). I microwaved frozen spinach with broccoli florets, fried up an onion in a dash of butter and olive oil, and added tomatoes once it had softened. Added the green veg, salt and pepper. Stirred in four eggs whisked with a splash of milk. Popped a lid on the frying pan for it to set and finished under the grill. Very tasty and looked appetising, too.

  • Fire-roasted beef stew

Delicious! What a wonderful and easy recipe using the insta pot. I’d already eaten half of it for the pic.

  • 5-minute poblano chicken chili

  • Shredded beef tacos

Good flavour, but did need a little salsa on top. Made with 800g stew meat (sucade).
