      Excellent use of Boursin cheese which went really well with lightly caramelized onion filling. Added small amount of julienned Canadian bacon when onion was almost done. The crispy bits of bacon was perfect with this. Photo added.

  • Skirt steak and asparagus with salsa de semillas

      I over burnt the cashew salsa, but that wasn't the worse part. The way the beef was cooked made it extra chewy which just wasn't nice.

      For vegetarian version, delete chorizo and use mushrooms or tofu.
