  • Thin and crispy dough

      This is my favorite pizza dough recipe in my bookshelf. It does require a bit of planning and a sourdough starter, although you could probably get away with a pre-ferment the night before of flour and water. it is the perfect balance of crispy and chewy. I did find a typo in my edition (it likely requires 80 (not 800) grams of oil) It makes 7 balls of dough, so you could freeze a few to preserve all of your effort.

      This is now my bf and I's favorite ranch dressing recipe. We have some in the fridge at all times. It definitely last longer than the time he says in the book. It tasted great even 2 weeks later.
