      I used twee bumblebee cutters on these and they ended up really spreading in the oven, but still looked ok. Lindt bittersweet for the chocolate and peppermint chocolate sparkling sugar. It has the texture of a very soft southern biscuit and tastes like a chocolate chip cookie.
