      Very tasty. Cooked on Meat/Stew for 25 mins HP and let sit on keep warm to develop flavour. Used two lamb knorr pots, not beef stock, and less liquid. Used 900g diced lamb leg, not ground lamb, added a yellow pepper and subbed apricots for the sultanas.

      Fine, served its purpose. I used low-sodium chicken broth and wouldn’t do that again, it needs the salt.

  • Pork tenderloin with butternut squash

      Length of cooking time was too wrong (2-1/2 hours on high, if I remember correctly). The pork tenderloin was a bit overdone, and the butternut squash pieces were mushy. We may be able to salvage the squash in a soup. Ate the pork (cold) today, and it was decent that way.
