    This was amazing! Seriously delicious. Added the blue cheese when the broccoli was right out of the oven so it melted a bit.

    The Dijon mustard in these set them apart from my usual mussels recipes. Husband is a big mustard fan so he really appreciated that. I used 4 lbs of mussels because we are mussels- fiends and basically tripled everything else.
