      You have to use high quality beans for the raw salad. I also used tangerines instead of nectarines. That worked.

      I used sour cream in place of the yogurt as that’s what I had on hand. Pretty decent; worth a repeat.

      This turned out really well. Nice marinade flavours. I used Persian cucumbers instead of radish and they were great. Served with ssamjang, kimchi, and a bit of rice to include on the lettuce too

      I added two minced jalapeños at my wife’s request. The cornbread was good but not as good as I’d hoped. It looks nice though.

      I agree this cornbread is visually a winner, but found it to be very mediocre cornbread. It didn’t get finished out our house and I ended up throwing a good portion away. Wouldn’t make again.
