      I found the dough too stiff to pipe. Made cookie dough balls with indents for the jam. Cookies were delicious with a wonderful shortbread texture. Used commercial jams.

      Extremely good, a nice one for gifting as it's quite unusual. The hint of citrus peel makes it, make sure to get a good one!
