      This is a really great classic lasagna recipe. The mushrooms are nice diced into small pieces, and the sauce has great flavor for such a short cooking time!

      This was good, a nice summer farro. Very rich from the chicken stock, I think I’d replace some of it with the water next time. Corn was a nice pop of sweetness. I added marinated bocconcini and I’d do that again. The house smelled incredible, drawing my eleven-year-old to the kitchen. “Mom, whatever you’re making smells INSANE.”

      This made some of the best pork chops we have ever had, and the cucumber salad was a surprisingly huge hit for our kids (1 and 3). I thought it would be a bit spicy, but they loved it.
