      Delicious, light, and quite spicy - in a good way! Very easy to put together on a weeknight, and produces excellent flavor. We served with brown rice.

      I assumed this would be too "healthy" tasting, but it was pretty good due to the flavorful sauce. The recipe makes huge portions and we got at least 4 servings from this stir-fry. If I made this again I would use a much larger pan since the vegetables were more steamed than stir-fried.

      This is really tasty. Besides the cilantro, all of the ingredients keep for a long time. The chili powder is a must. I've made it with beef and lamb- both are good, but the lamb is better. I will increase the amount of sweet potato topping for a thicker layer.

      Easy vegan dinner. I doubled the recipe for lunch leftovers the following day. The falafels were very garlicky, but we didn't mind. The flavor of the dressing largely depends on the barbecue sauce you use. The barbecue sauce I used was truffle flavored and probably not the best pairing with tahini sauce and falafel. I would make this again.
