      Recipe recommends a fruit-flavoured soda (as opposed to straight soda water). A nice sunny pool-side refresher ..

  • Celery, saffron and white bean stew

      I used bottled butter beans and they worked well. I didn’t have as much parsley and mint as in the recipe but it was still comforting and tasty We ate it with hunks of home baked bread
