  • Lemon curd

      This is a nice lemon curd recipe, but it didn't end up having any honey flavor. I ended up with closer to a quart of curd. I did end up straining the curd because quite a bit of the egg white had curdled. Usually lemon curd recipes I've made just use the yolks. Still, it's tasty and very lemony. I probably will go back to my standard curd recipe next time.
