Notes about Recipes in this book

  • Oyster and peppercorn rib-eye steak and egg

    • lkgrover on March 26, 2024

Excellent dish, like a combination stir-fry and salad. I did not make the egg, but added the cherry tomatoes to a corner of the lettuce. Marinated the beef for 90 minutes; then cooked the cherry tomatoes & beef rib-eye separately (as instructed), in a wok. The marinade is awesome. I did not make the dipping sauce; added lime juice over everything before serving. I think the recipe serves at least 2 people, if the ingredient amounts are followed.

  • Chilli and honey grilled pineapple

    • lkgrover on October 07, 2024

      Excellent pineapple side dish.

  • Sticky salmon fillet in a ginger soy glaze

    • lkgrover on October 07, 2024

Delicious salmon and leek. The sauce is sweet and thick; perhaps reduce both the tamarind paste & sweet chili sauce?
