      Pretty good but made 9 muffins (not 6) and they were done cooking at least 5 min before the time listed. I used 4 sm-med bananas and did not get as much mashed as it calls for but kept amount of other ingredients the same. I used .5 cup ww flour and scant 1 c white.

      The thickest chili you can imagine, we even used some in a burrito. Taste was very good!

  • Cashew cream

      When easy recipes just work. Used this in a pasta dish where it was mixed with pasta water for the sauce. Delicious.
