      Made this to serve with grilled steaks. This took a LOT of time and attention. Nice flavor and texture and my son LOVED this. I'm not sure it was worth the time it took to stand and turn the potato.

      This was a delicious salad. I will definitely make this again. The zucchini ribbons softened in the dressing and the volume of the salad was less than when I first combined the ingredients.

      Family really enjoyed this and it was a quick meal. We all hated the Tonkotsu sauce, it was a weird ketchup-y note. Ate leftovers with an egg on top and crispy rice. Very good.

      I made this with homemade tonkatsu sauce, rice, and sauteed cabbage. My son liked it, and my daughter had to be convinced to finish hers. My husband and I loved it. It was actually fairly simple as well. If you've never had tonkatsu sauce before, it definitely is funky, but fits the bland tofu. Anyways, I would make this again.

      This was a decent weeknight meal with lots of flavor. It's a solid pantry recipe that is very filling. If I have extra harissa, I'd make it this recipe again.
