    I took some license with quantity to suit fewer people and our taste. A great combo for a special breakfast but use common sense to adjust to scale

    Brilliant recipe. Easier and just as good as dishoom version. Personal edits- halved the butter to no ill effect and decanted half the sauce off for another meal- otherwise there’d be far too much

• Black stone flower lamb chops with burnt onion raita

    I really want to know why a recipe called Black stone flower lamb chops doesn’t have black stone flower in the ingredients or the recipe description. Is it vanity naming? Has the restaurant version got black stone flower in it but we are supposed to make do without it even though it seems to be the defining feature of the recipe? Really!

    Very very hot- the chilli garlic paste is super fiery so adjust to taste. 400g ghee is ludicrous- I assume 40g is correct and poor edit (as it a theme through the book) really nice but with the recipe faults I’m unlikely to make again

    Very nice, preferred the chicken version though . The puffed rice and hazelnut crumble is inspired

    This curry has a lovely flavour but is very decadent! I used king oyster mushrooms in place of chanterelle's and dried fenugreek. The dried fenugreek was a little overpowering and I think it would have been much more pleasant with fresh, as the recipe calls for. The little piece of mango were fab. Not sure I'll make this one again, for this many calories there are other things I rather eat.
