  Black Pepper Chicken. This was delicious and easy to make. I used tellicherry peppercorns. I would definitely make this again, however I would cut back on the salt. It was way to much dominating the other flavors.

  Chicken Saag -- Super good curry, love that the recipe includes PIP rice. I would probably double the chicken next time as the yield is on the small side. Not a huge fan of the whole black peppercorns or cloves here as they hide among the spinach and are unpleasant to bite down on -- will use ground if I make this again.

  I made the Black Pepper chicken tonight for dinner. Very easy and delicious. Will definitely make again as a weeknight meal.

    This recipe is always excellent. I puree a can of diced tomatoes and use the whole thing, skipping adding the actual water. I also like my butter chicken sauce a bit thicker then the end result so I typically add cornstarch to get desired thickness (about 1 tbsp, mixed into a small quantity of sauce then added back in and simmered).

    Really easy tasty recipe but wound up a little thinner liquid than i would like. Going forward i would reduce or even remove the amount of water added.
