  • Sweet barbecue sauce

      Affirmatively disliked this sauce. Not sweet enough and had no depth of flavor. The liquid smoke (I think) gave it an overwhelming savory flavor that didn’t go away even after almost doubling the ketchup and adding a bunch more sweetener.
