      Great little pancake recipe! We do Brinner every Sunday. I was able to use up the last of our buttermilk & ricotta using this recipe. I did need to add more wet ingredients than recommended to get it pancake batter consistency. Everyone enjoyed them!

      Decent. 3 out of 5 people in my family like these muffins, but they don’t love them. I shredded my apples & cheese in my food processor. Ended up needing 4 apples for 2 packed cups. Was trying to use up a surplus of apples anyway so I was happy with that part! Froze the extras for quick snacks later on.

      Some leftover chicken + plenty of veggies in the fridge & garden to use up! Picked up some rice papers and we made these. Kids did not enjoy texture of rice papers. I only wanted to eat them in a room by myself so I could not be judged. Delicious, but messy. Make a spicy peanut dipping sauce to up the taste and mess combo.

      I had these in Japan and they were one of my favorite things! This recipe was also very good! We put bacon in ours. Next time I think I’ll double the batch!
