      I have made this ice cream several times, and it's one of my favorites. It has great caramel flaovr without being over-the-top. And it has great texture...very scoopable straight from the freezer.

      This ice cream is seriously good. Creamy as heck. A note- I could only find Ibarra Mexican chocolate which is kind of a sandy texture when chopped. In the future, if I can’t find another kind, I would use this in the custard but regular chocolate chips for the mix in. Or no chips at all- it doesn’t need them.
