      Love this recipe! Do not hurry this bread, or worry if it seems not to rise. The first batch I made took over 24 hours out of the fridge to rise, and I nearly threw them all away thinking it was a dud! Loved the flavor, and works well as a larger loaf - used a round, tall "bread bowl" and half of the recipe, and it turned out great! Thanks James :)

      Lovely, but be sure you're a fan of saffron before you make them, as that's the main flavour.

      Don't wait for Christmas to make this - it's delicious. I didn't have tomatillos so used the suggestion of cherry tomatoes and lime juice which worked fine. I also used chicken and mature cheddar. Really rich and tasty.

      Loved this so much I'm making it again next weekend! It was easily the best bread and butter pudding I've tried (and I've tried a few). I'm planning to freeze a panettone to make this for Christmas in July.
