    BROAD BEAN, RICOTTA & FETA CROSTINI WITH PANCETTA - p. 29 - Loved this. The peas made the spread light and fresh tasting. Very quick to prepare and can be made ahead. Feta is nice atop. Speck would be good as well instead of pancetta for a change of pace. Definitely will make this again.

      I love recipes that include instructions for making your own curry powder so I don't have to guess what variant of "curry powder" is intended. How could curry spiced prawns and mangoes go wrong? I don't know and here it does not. Note: our local World Spices Merchants carries at least ten curry blends - the mix used here is far from the Curry ~ Caribbean blend which would have been my best guess.
