    This food is colorful and beautiful. It isn't a style of cooking and eating that I regularly follow, but I'm excited to try some of the recipes. There is a wide range of dishes here from cocktails to breakfast to "bowls" and "plates". It focuses on seeds, vegetables, and fruit, but it does include some meat. Definitely worth looking at.

      This smoothie is delicious. I add 2 tablespoons of pea protein powder to up the protein amount to 10 grams of protein. It makes a lot, so I made the recipe into two servings.

  • Coconut Bolognese with zucchini noodles

      Nice alternative bolognese. Even better on pasta but the zucchini noodles are a good healthy option. Has a sweetness with the carrots, wine and coconut milk but seems lighter than traditional bolognese. Is not really a tomato sauce. Does take a while to chop the vegetables and to actually cook. Would definitely redo, especially in the Spring or Summer. Maybe try with ground chicken or turkey next time. The sweetness mellows the next day or so. Was a hit with the husband.

  • Sticky sumac salmon with pomegranate chimichurri

      Very nice, sweet and savory sauce. And easy. Balances well with the chimichurri. Works with salmon or artic char. Used larger pieces of fish and broiled longer.
