    Yes, this recipe requires traditional dulce de leche (okay, I ignore the confectionary dulce de leche by choice) the dulce de leche and mascarpone with mint make a very nice topping for the grillled peaches. I might play a bit with the pizza dough to fit my taste.

• Retro baked Brie with pecans

    I made a variation of this with commercial dulce de leche, and substituted cream cheese for Brie. It was delicious but would be even better with Brie.

• Pork chops with sautéed apples

    Good pork chops with apples and shallots. I used commercial dulce de leche instead of homemade.
