      I'll make again. I would view the recipe as a base, and riff off of it what you want. I added a bit of shredded cabbage into the rice for greens, and served with sliced avocado and put a little cucumber in the vinegar/soy sauce for some crunch and sourness.

      I used rotis in lieu of tortillas. Also, used S&B hot golden curry (2 squares) instead of powder as I didn’t have it. The filling could use a bump of flavor (perhaps due to using golden curry) so I gave it 1Tbsp of totole. Pairs well with a Golden Road Mango Cart beer.

      This is a nice little Summer tart that goes great with Lillet or another refreshing white wine. This is deceptively simple and delicious.
