      Delicious. Made no changes. I was worried that it would freeze too hard but it is scoopable.

      These were extremely underdone at 20 minutes. Shortbread recipes tend to use a long and slow bake, so I ended up putting them back in the oven and baking much longer while lowering the temp a bit.
