      A great "default dinner" recipe. Even quicker than most quick pasta recipes, only one pan needed, no need to boil up a massive pan of water for the pasta. The orzo is cooked along with the other ingredients using a similar method to risotto, but without all the standing over it stirring, and elapsed time once the orzo is added is only about 10 minutes. The result has a quite different texture from risotto, quite silky. I used fresh young broad beans instead of peas, and added julienned lemon zest along with the juice for extra zing. Will definitely make again!
